The Change Management Service has worked with over 50 of Nottingham's voluntary and community sector organisations since it began in 2005, and continues to work with more today.
Increased demands from funders, mixed with the problem of decreasing grant funding and added to the challenge of new and different ways of working, means that the journey towards long-term sustainability can sometimes be a long and arduous one for many.
